On the "view order" or "checkout" screen where your items are listed you will see a "Gift Bag" column. If the item has gift-bagging available you will see a link called "click" in that column. Click that link and a gift bag ($3.50) will be added as a separate item to your order, and the item you want gift-bagged will be added to your "gift bagged" list.

Each time you click to gift bag another item, it will be added to your "gift bagged" list. If you'd like to see a complete list of your gift bagged items, click the "view items" link where it says "Gift Bag". A pop-up window will appear listing your gift-bagged items.

I want to change my gift-bagged items, how do I do that?

No problem! Just click the "delete" link where it says "Gift Bag" and the gift bag and all the gift bagging information will be forgotten so you can re-select the items you want gift-bagged.

I want an item gift bagged, but it says "n/a" where the link is supposed to be. Why?

Gift bags are not available for every item. Those items for which gift bags are not available are labeled "n/a" in the gift bag column. You can still send these items as gifts, but they cannot be gift bagged due to their size/shape.

How many items fit in a gift bag/What is the limit?

We have three sizes of gift bags: small, medium and large. We decide what size gift bag to use based on the number of items you've chosen, and their shapes/sizes. Occasionally, another gift bag must be used. In that case we will contact you and give you the option to add another gift bag ($3.50).

Where do I include my gift card message?

During checkout there is a text input field for your gift message. After you have entered your message, you still have a chance to edit it further on in the checkout process. Your gift message will be hand-written on a gift card.
