Not only are the numbers in reverse order, but the hands turn counter-clockwise as well. An intelligently eccentric watch that will get lots of second looks. Canvas strap over faux leather. 10" adjustable band x 3/4"W. Requires 1 watch battery (included).

Comments about What on Earth BACKWARDS WATCH:
I got this from my wife for my birthday. It does take some getting used to, since, as the description says, the numbers are backward - not printed backwards, but in their mirror location. 10 is where 2 should be and 2 is where 10 should be, and so on. The movement runs backward as well, which makes for some thought when reading the time. Because the look of the watch itself is fairly standard, it doesn't get a second look from most people. But, when you show someone your watch and ask them to read the time - that's when the fun begins!
My one complaint is that the strap is pretty stiff, and pretty short. I have perhaps slightly larger than average wrists, and the watch is tough to get on. I'd prefer another 1/4 inch of strap length, and a little more flexibility in the strap itself.
